Can I use Wegic for free?

Yes, Wegic offers a free plan to help you get started. However, if you need additional credits or advanced features like a custom domain, you'll need to upgrade to the Premium plan to unlock the full experience.

What payment methods do you support?

Wegic allows payments via credit cards, debit cards, and Google Pay, PayPal, or Amazon Pay accounts.

The supported card types are:

- Visa

- MasterCard

- American Express (excluding INR)

- Discover

- JCB

- UnionPay

How can I change my subscription plan?

On the pricing page or pop-up, select your desired plan, click the upgrade button, and make the payment. The upgrade will take effect immediately. Once submitted, it’s irreversible, so please consider carefully before submitting.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your plan before the next renewal period, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current subscription period.

You can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Wegic account and click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the homepage.

2. Find the card representing your plan and hover your mouse over it.

3. Click the "Unsubscribe" button.

Will my remaining credits carry over to the next month?

No, at the end of each monthly billing cycle, all the remaining credits will be cleared. If you are auto renewed or make another payment the next billing cycle, we will issue credits corresponding to your plan for the renewal month.

If I upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan, do I have to pay the full rate of the higher plan?

Choosing to upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan will prorate the cost with the lower plan and the higher plan.

To see the exact prorated cost of an upgrade, simply initiate the upgrade without confirming. You'll see the prorated amount listed on the upgrade payment page.

What happens when your subscription ends?

1. Custom Domain: Websites linked to your custom domain will be unpublished. You’ll need to log in to Wegic and republish them using a Wegic.app domain.

2. Wegic Badge: The Wegic badge will reappear on websites created with Wegic.

3. Credits: You won’t receive additional credits for website creation until you renew your subscription.

4. Website Publishing: Your published websites will remain live for up to 7 more days.

What's your 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee?

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first-time subscription to any Long-Term Plan, purchased on or after June 16, 2025. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Please note:

1. This guarantee only covers your initial subscription; we don't process subsequent refunds after a first one has been granted.

2. If our systems detect substantial AI service usage before a refund request (e.g., numerous AI generations, extensive AI-powered edits), a proportional fee reflecting the consumed service value may be deducted.

3. Refunds won't include non-refundable third-party fees, such as payment processing fees, taxes, or costs for purchased custom domains.

4. For users who subscribed before June 16, 2025, please refer to the policy valid at the time of your subscription.

How do I claim the refund guarantee?

To request a refund under our guarantee, email payment@wegic.ai within 14 days of your annual or multi-year plan purchase. Please include:

1. Your Wegic login email

2. The email used for payment (if different from your login email)

3. Invoice (PDF)

4. Reason for requesting a refund

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be processed. We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days.
